Edit Location and Currency
Address and Country
Your shop’s location is the place your shop calls home. Stripe and PayPal require it for your shop to accept payments. If you’re in the U.S., we also use it to calculate sales tax accurately.
Heads up! Our form validates your address. If your shop address can’t be saved or you run into any other issues, contact Big Cartel Support and we can help make that update for you.
Time zone
This setting determines time and date stamps for your orders and when timed discounts start/stop.
Currency
Your shop can only display prices in one of our supported currencies. Conversions from other currencies will be handled automatically at checkout. Learn about our supported currencies.
Steps
- Log in at app.bigcartel.com.
- Go to Settings.
- In the Location and Time zone and currency section, click on any field to make edits, then click Save.
